Rediscovering Janna’s Vision: The Cornerstones of EMS

Over the past year, I’ve delved deep into Janna’s notebooks, papers, files, and more. While to the untrained eye, her system might seem like organized chaos, there was an underlying order that resonated with me. Wading through the multiple files on the same subjects scattered in different areas, I uncovered countless random thoughts. These insights eventually laid the groundwork for new classes, innovative ideas, and more. Piecing together these musings, I've been able to reconstruct some of the course workbooks.

It's almost magical how, whenever I'm in the midst of preparing for an upcoming class, blog, or meeting, the exact piece of information I need seems to "flutter" into my grasp. It’s as though Janna is still guiding me, even from the other side.

Recently, I stumbled upon a note that stood out, and I felt compelled to share it with all of you. Curiously, it seems this note was destined for the ET2A notebook, but for reasons unknown, it never made its way there. I'm inclined to believe this might have been Janna’s initial draft outlining her aspirations and vision for EMS coursework.

Janna's mission was clear and profound. She aspired for every individual to recognize that a practitioner's journey is grounded in integrity, unwavering professionalism, ethical practices, and a deep-seated understanding of various pivotal concepts. Above all, she emphasized the quintessential belief that genuine healing emanates from a place of pure love.

In Janna’s Words:

“There are many disciplines available for study in the field of energy medicine today. This hasn’t always been the case. When I embarked on my journey in the healing arts back in 1994, only a handful of people were exploring energy healing on their own. These pioneers either practiced in intimate groups or were on the verge of penning down their knowledge into healing manuals. Others, like indigenous/shamanic practitioners, primarily catered to ethnic/indigenous students. Then there were those who delved into the religious, dark arts, and Wicca, teachings which were either restricted or gleaned from ancient sources.

Each of these disciplines, including EM’s Energy Therapy, champions a central belief. There is a force or entity ‘greater than’ us – whether you perceive it as the Divine, God, Mother Nature, or the Great Spirit. This force is the wellspring of power and wisdom that aligns with us during the healing process. The essence of healing is perceived as a flow of energy, power, or life force that is channeled from this supreme entity to us.

As we identify these common threads, we also celebrate the differences. Contemporary study paradigms largely revolve around self-driven initiatives — be it reading, practicing, or motivating oneself. Few healing programs, with the exception of time-honored teachings like shamanism, provide the luxury of a guide to accompany a student on their journey. We firmly believe that this knowledge is accessible to all. One doesn’t need to seek the validation or approval of a master, priest, or ‘chosen’ entity to earn the title of a ‘healer’. Our ‘coaching’ model at EMS is our crowning glory, underscoring our commitment to nurturing a sense of community. We facilitate this through online interactions, live or recorded phone sessions, mentorships, networking opportunities, and consultations.

ET2A is a progression from the foundational online course, ET1. It dives deeper, enabling learners to evolve into practitioners of Energy Therapy. The course introduces nuanced techniques tailored to address specific concerns and energy imbalances. It elaborates on documentation protocols, fortifies practitioner professionalism, sheds light on wave theory and subtle energy physics, and discusses distance healing. Additionally, it explores the symbolism inherent in the human condition from both a macro and micro perspective.

ET2B ventures even further. It elevates the knowledge spectrum, focusing on healing at higher vibrational levels and tapping into more intuitive energy streams. The course dissects complex client scenarios, provides insights on establishing and promoting an energy practice, and delves into the ethics of healing arts. It also guides practitioners on making referrals and harnesses the power of community by helping them identify and harness their unique expertise.” — Janna Moll, 2018
