• Scheduling about a week out
• Requirement at first session A 'timeline' type listing of all accidents, illnesses, surgeries, falls/blows to the body (including breaks/sprains/concussions), diagnoses and traumas. As well please list all medications (dosages and what for), nutritional supplements, etc.
