This workshop is an advanced level course for the Energy Medicine Practitioner. It includes in-depth information on assessment, diagnosis and treatment of the Hara energy, development of intuition, trauma work, voice guidance, self healing and self development.

Hara Course Objectives:

1. Diagram and dissect Hara points and Core Star.
2. Assessment of the Hara using pendulum technique.
3. Experience of healing from two roles: practitioner and client.
4. Perform a Hara re-patterning technique.
5. Learn about Hara Compromise expressions.
6. Learn about Trauma relationship to the Hara.
7. Dimensionality of the Hara and its relationship to Chakras, Meridians, and Matrix.
8. Practice techniques to stabilize the Hara.

Hara Course Content:

1. Diagram and discuss Hara points and Core Star.
2. Definition and practice of distant viewing.
3. Hara Pendulum assessment and practice.
4. Hara documentation.
5. Hara Re-patterning Technique and practice.
6. Specific Compromises of the Hara.
7. Dimensionality of Hara and relationship to trauma.
8. Finding the origin of trauma.
9. Hara/Matrix Synthesis
10. Hara Chakra Blessing.
